Study wide variables – <STUDY_NAME>_constants.m

Function list:

btq_iEEG_NF_step0_combine_rej_dat.m combines 2 reject_data.mat files, for example, I run summary rejections looking at variance, and also absmax.  This function combines them into a single reject_data.mat file
btq_iEEG_NF_step0_eeg2epoch.m converts .eeg file to epoch_data.mat file.  also recodes according to oldEC / newEC
btq_iEEG_NF_step0_prerej_downsample.m don’t use, downsample and reduce in timesurfer if possible
